📑 User Agreement MuDream

📌 Introduction

If you register on our Website or perform other actions, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

📖 Definitions

  • Website — https://mudream.online, including subdomains, related sites, and all materials posted there.

  • Mudream Project — the multiplayer online game "MU Online" related to the Website.

  • User — a person who uses the Website and/or the Mudream Project.

  • Mudream Team — the administration of the Mudream online resource.

🤝 Acceptance of Terms

  • This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between the Mudream Team and the User.

  • Using the services of the Mudream Project means unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

  • The Mudream Team may amend the Agreement without prior notice by publishing the new version on the Website.

  • The User is responsible for checking the current version.

⏳ Term

  • The Mudream Team may close or restrict access without prior notice.

  • In case of violation of this Agreement, the User’s account may be blocked without compensation for virtual currency or services.

🎮 Terms of Use

  • The Mudream Project is a demonstration and not affiliated with WebZen’s official servers.

  • All accounts, characters, items, and in-game actions are the property of Mudream.

  • The Project is not used for commercial purposes or profit.

👤 User Responsibilities

  • If online games are prohibited or restricted in your country (including age restrictions), you are not allowed to use the Project.

  • The User is fully responsible for all actions taken in the Project and on the Website.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

  • The Mudream Team is not liable for:

    • losses (including lost profits or data);

    • harm to honor, dignity, or reputation;

    • unlawful actions of third parties.

  • The User accepts that they use the service at their own risk.

💰 Virtual Currency and Services

  • Purchasing virtual currency and services is allowed only for adult users.

  • All virtual items and services are non-refundable and do not grant property rights.

  • The Mudream Team controls all virtual currency and may change its value or conditions without notice.

  • By purchasing currency or services, the User agrees to the Refund Policy.

🧾 Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Project and intellectual property belong to MuDream.

  • The User does not acquire any copyrights.

  • Use of intellectual property outside the Project requires written consent from the Mudream Team.

🌍 General Information

  • Access to the Project is free, donations are voluntary.

  • The game is not gambling.

  • The User agrees to receive informational and technical emails to the address provided at registration.

🔑 Account and Security

  • The User must keep their password confidential and is fully responsible for all actions under their account.

  • Selling or buying accounts or resources (characters, items, credits, etc.) is prohibited.

📌 Agreement Terms

  • This Agreement is an integral part of the Mudream Project and Website.

  • The User must check it before each login.

  • Disagreement with any clause prohibits use of the Project.
