How to start

Four steps to your first fight

No installer: unpack the archive and launch the game.

  1. 1

    Download the archive

    Take the client from any mirror above — every mirror has the same file.

  2. 2

    Unpack it

    Extract the archive to any folder with WinRAR, 7-Zip or the archiver built into Windows 11.

  3. 3

    Run the launcher

    Open PlayMudream.exe in the game folder. The launcher checks your files and downloads the latest updates.

  4. 4

    Log in and play

    Use the login and password of your MUDREAM account. No account yet? It takes a minute to create one.

How to fix:

  • Run the game as an administrator.

  • Wait 15 minutes, then log in again.

  • If you still cannot connect, use a VPN.

  • If the VPN does not solve the issue, send a private message to the administration. Include your account login and IP address.

  • For more help, create a live support ticket on Discord with this link.

If you've encountered the error: "Failed to download [play.exe]" please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: You need to close all windows and run the game to update. If all windows are already closed, run Launcher.exe.

If you've encountered the error: "Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore:Timeout while communicating with server after 15 sec." please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: Check if you ran the game as an administrator, and if you have full administrator rights in your Windows profile. Launch the game using pingzapper or cloud warp, check your Internet, if nothing above helps, write to the administration in private messages to solve the problem.
