Project Mudream services may include the purchase of virtual game currency, as well as internal game services for real money.

Only adult users, according to the laws of their country of residence, may use these options.

The Mudream team has full control over all virtual currency and services.

The cost and conditions of using virtual currency may be changed at any time, with or without notice, without additional obligations from the administration.

By purchasing virtual currency and/or using internal services, you automatically agree to the Mudream project refund policy.

🔄 Refund Conditions

You can request a refund if all conditions are met:

No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

The purchased game currency has not been used.

If services were purchased (VIP statuses, buffs, etc.) — they were not activated.

You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

After submitting a request, we will check your application and notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method, according to the rules of the payment system.

Please note that your bank or payment system may need additional time to process the transfer.
