Failed to download [play.exe]

If you've encountered the error: "Failed to download [play.exe]" please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: You need to close all windows and run the game to update. If all windows are already closed, run Launcher.exe.

Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Timeout while communicating with server after 15 sec.

If you've encountered the error: "Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore:Timeout while communicating with server after 15 sec." please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: Check if you ran the game as an administrator, and if you have full administrator rights in your Windows profile. Launch the game using pingzapper or cloud warp, check your Internet, if nothing above helps, write to the administration in private messages to solve the problem.

Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Could not connect to server. Connection to server failed.

If you've encountered the error: "Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Could not connect to server. Connection to server failed." please use the solution below to resolve it.

 

Solution: Run the game as administrator. This error is due to the fact that your IP address may be included in the provider's block list during a DDoS of our server. This problem can be solved automatically by logging in again after 15 minutes. If the problem persists, a VPN can help. If the problem is still not resolved, write a private message to the administration with your account login and IP address.
