How to Craft Wings Level 4?

To start preparing for Level 4 Wings craft you should get yourself a Level 3 Wings.

Also you will need to complete 3rd Profession Quest to be able to wear Level 4 Wings.

To craft your Level 3 wings, you need to visit the Chaos Goblin Machine, select the "Regular Combination" option, and input the necessary items.

How to Get

Step 1 — Garuda Flame creation

to get Garuda Flame, you need to collect 10x Garuda Shards. The shards can be bought for Valor Coins from James. When you collect all 10 Garuda Shards, they are automatically converted into Garuda Flame.

⚠️It is possible to increase up to 100% due to the use VIP of Craft/All Inclusive and Talismans of Luck. If the upgrade is successful, you get Garuda Feather. If it fails, all used items are destroyed.

Base Success rate: 60%

⚠️It is possible to increase up to 80% due to the use VIP of Craft/All Inclusive and Talismans of Luck. If the upgrade is successful, you get Wings level 4 with 0-2 ExcellentOptions. If it fails, you get back your Wings lvl 3 +0, other items will be destroyed.
