To obtain more powerful Earrings you will need to complete Daily Quests and collect a special currency called Valor Coins. Once you have gathered enough Valor Coins, head to Ruined Lorencia and find James, located at coordinates (24, 241).

James will gladly exchange your hard  - earned Valor Coins for valuable rewards - including the coveted Earrings, along with other exclusive items. One of the items offered by James, will be Blood Frame, which is used for Earring upgrade.

After purchasing Blood Frame - visit Chaos Goblin Machine, press "Regular Combination" , add required ingredients and craft your upgraded Earring.
