How to get Jewel of Harmony?
* 
Jewel of Harmony can be crafted by 
Gemstone which can be dropped from common monsters in Kanturu 1-2, Kanturu Remain and Kanturu Labyrinth.
* When you get Gemstone go to location Aida 1 and talk to NPC Elpis (82, 16), select the "Refine Gemstone" option and insert the Gemstone.

How to change/remove Harmony option?
* If you don't get the Harmony option you want, you can delete the current one and try again.
* To remove the "Harmony" option, go to Aida 1 and talk to NPC Jerridon (86, 13) and use the item in the Restore combination box.
How to get the best options?
* The higher the item level, the better options you can get (see table below).
How to improve the current Harmony option?
* You can use 
Lower Refining Stones to improve the Harmony option (30% success rate).
* You can use 
Higher Refining Stones to improve the Harmony option (70% success rate).
